I had a significant collision on Highway 1 caused by another driver. There was an independent
witness to the accident. Despite this, a month later, ICBC has not made a determination on
fault and I have not been able to speak to an adjuster about my entitlement to accident
benefits for treatment. I contacted AABA who was able to tell me immediately what I am
entitled to and how I go about getting treatment. If ICBC doesn’t come to the table, I suspect I
will have to retain AABA to ensure I get what I am entitled to.

My husband and I had a minor car accident. Although the other driver was at fault, he attempted to put some of the blame on us. I was rear-ended and given false information by the other driver on my way home one afternoon. ICBC wanted me to take the blame for the accident and raise my insurance rates since the other driver could not be found with the false information. I contacted AABA and was given wonderful support with contacting ICBC, learning about my legal standing in the issue and provided me with peace of mind with the whole situation. The situation is now resolved thanks to AABA, and I am extremely grateful!
